SHORT VERSION:

Gray Miller, aka “Graydancer”, has been teaching, performing, and advocating for kink and BDSM since 2003. His work includes the “Ropecast” – the longest-running kink podcast on the web, ROPECRAFT, a bondage convention, and co-founder of “Consent Rocks”, a non-profit working to improve consent practices. Gray is also an author and writer of both novels and personal development books. Gray is passionate about subjects such as rope, power exchange, leather, cigars, consent in the community, performance,  and the educational aspects of kink.

LONG VERSION:

Graydancer has been teaching, performing, and advocating for kink and BDSM for over a decade. He has worked professionally in web, video, and social media for several clients ranging from Kink.com to the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom to the Kink Academy. You can also hear Graydancer as a guest on various podcasts such as Polyamory Weekly and Dart’s Domain, or his own Ropecast (the longest-running kink podcast on the web). Gray was featured on Our America with Lisa Ling: 50 Shades of Kink which aired in January of 2013 on the Oprah Winfrey Network. While his roots lie in bondage, Gray’s focus has evolved over time to subjects such as power exchange relationships, improving consent practices, leather culture, and the educational aspects of kink. He was the first to apply Open Space principles to a kink event, creating GRUEs which have been held at over 45 locations in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. He also directs ROPECRAFT, a rope bondage convention that’s “Knot- for everyone.” Currently he resides in the Bondage Capital of the World, Madison, WI where he is working on becoming a total GILF.

The easiest way to get hold of Graydancer is to email him: graydancer@gmail.com. He’s also Graydancer on Twitter, Fetlife, Facebook, and anywhere else he can get away with it.

  • Hi Gray

I searched all over for an email address for you on here, but this is as close as I could find.

I wanted to check in about your interest in doing a podcast interview if applicable about my new Conscious Fetish Blog, my Conscious D/s-BDSM workshops see http://www.DakaDom.com or the innovative upgrades I made to the Tetruss…stronger, lighter, roomier …see http://www.Tetruss.com

I also note you are also using the suffusion theme…I am still figuring mine out…but I think it is a pretty cool theme…and you are really maxxing yours…in fact you are maxxing your life in all directions…how on earth do you juggle all this stuff….very impressive!

  • Graydancer:

Just wanted to give you a huge thank you. For all of the podcasts and the work that you have done for the community. I remember listening to your podcast way back when it was called Rope weekly, and unfortunately I was never able to help you out with money for equipment, web hosting fees, etc…

You do so much and now that I am a bit stable financially, I sent you a big donation with lots of hugs and love. You have done a lot for us in the community, and you brother were my introduction to rope play, and how awesome rope is overall. I thank you kind Sir, and hope to continue listening to your podcasts.

If you ever need a bit of dough due to whatever, give a shout out and I will see what I can do and help out. I know there are many out there just taking, taking and taking and not giving back. But now that I can I am giving back as much as I can.

Always remember that there are people out there looking out for you and willing to go the distance for you at a moments notice. Keep rocking Sir.

    Take care.

  • Hi, I am a college student and am writing a paper on the mental and emotional benefits of various degrees of bondage play. A friend recommended that I contact you as I am interested but mostly ignorant about this subject. I hope you will be interested in helping me with my paper. I also sent you a message on facebook if that would be an easier means of communication.

    Always,
    Cassandra

    • Cassandra,

I’m sorry I seem to have missed this comment. If you still would like to talk, then by all means email me at graydancer at gmail.com. I would be glad to assist. – Gray

  • Was just wondering if you are coming to South Carolina or a near by state any time soon. We are interested in attending if so.
