I did a similar thing years ago, making sure that the straps were just so, and the harness aligned just right, before I recieved an audio que in a quiet "whimper" that brought me back to realising I had my adorable girl inside the harness and bonds. With me it was a "Where is a handy brick wall to pound my head against?" moment.
