I’ve been reading more zen books, this time a re-visit to “Hardcore Zen: Punk Rock, Monster Movies, and the Truth About Reality.” The author, Brad Warner, is very conversational, definitely of my generation, and he’s unapologetic and not out to gather a following. This I find appealing. He’s also probably the first Zen master that I suspect would really “get” the combination of shibari and Zen.

I’ve also got some great quotes from Zamil that are going into the next podcast, due out Sunday.

And for those who wonder, minx is improving–still in the hospital, but improving.
